I will guide you through each recipe, step by step, while we make delicious treats including: Edible Christmas Tree Decorations, Christmas Cupcakes, Chocolate Vegan Truffles, Festive Fudge, Mince Pies and much more! PLUS make and decorate your Christmas Cake too! (This course on its own is worth £20!)

How does it work?

Between now and Christmas (and beyond), you can join me for a virtual Christmas bake where - step by step - we will line tins, prepare ingredients, and bake together.

Ahead of every session, you will download an e-recipe card, so you can have the ingredients and equipment ready. Each Monday and Friday new recipes and tutorials will be sent to you for you to bake along with. You can watch them at a time that suits you, catch up, pause and rewind at your leisure. In fact, as lots of the classes involve a level of cooling and decorating, the catch-up facility is perfect! I will also include some hints and tips for you to experiment with your baking too.

Professional baker - Liz Berwick

Liz Berwick has been running Simply Scrumptious since 2010 from her Staffordshire kitchen and teaching cake decorating and baking classes for over a decade. Her passion for baking stems from when she was a little girl and would eagerly await her Nan's fantastic home-baked treats. " I was always creative in the kitchen and loved to spend my free time baking and cooking for the family." Liz is a passionate foodie who loves to use seasonal and foraged ingredients. During her classes she enjoys sharing her tips and tricks on how to create perfect bakes every time in her accessible down-to-earth style.
